Websites, directory listings and SEO for Phuket businesses
Phuket businesses are found mostly by customers searching in English. PinIN list gets you visible on Google and Google Maps, in both languages.
How search works in Phuket
Phuket search results are dominated by international booking platforms. A local business without its own website can only reach those customers through those platforms, paying commission every time. Your own domain and accurate Google Maps information are the channel where customers reach you directly.

Where customers actually search in Phuket
Almost nobody types the province name on its own. Real queries name a district, a road or a beach — these are the ones we work in most, and the words your page and listing have to contain.
- PatongThe most competitive part of the island, and almost entirely English-language search.
- Kata – KaronFamilies and longer stays, usually searching weeks in advance.
- Rawai – ChalongYear-round island residents, searching in Thai and English in roughly equal measure.
- Cherng Talay – Bang TaoVillas and upper-end venues; queries attach to the beach name, not the district.
- Phuket Old TownCafés and restaurants with a far higher share of Thai customers than the beaches.
- Mai Khao – near the airportLast-minute travel-day searches, where correct opening hours matter most.
What makes getting found in Phuket hard
Booking platforms own page one
Accommodation and activity queries in Phuket are held almost end to end by international booking platforms. The answer is not to fight them head-on but to own your domain, so the customer who saw you on a platform and then searched your name books with you directly — with no commission attached.
Customers search weeks before they arrive
Most of the decision happens while the customer is still abroad. So the information that has to be right is not just the address: it is pricing, seasonal opening, and a contact route that works from outside Thailand. We get that whole set consistent on the site and the Google profile.
Map pins near the beach drift
Beachfront addresses and unnumbered lanes make Google Maps pins unreliable, and a customer who drives to the wrong place rarely tries again. We check the pin, the entrance point and the written directions against where your door actually is.

Questions from Phuket businesses
Do I need Chinese or Russian as well?
The package covers Thai and English, which is most of the search on the island. The Chinese and Russian markets arrive largely through agents and platforms rather than direct search. If your business genuinely depends on them, message us and we will look at it case by case.
I already sell through booking platforms. Do I still need my own site?
Yes. A lot of customers see you on a platform and then search your name on Google. If there is nothing of yours to find at that moment, the booking goes back through the platform — commission and all.
My map pin points to the wrong place. Can that be fixed?
Yes. Correcting the pin, the entrance point and the service area is part of the Google profile work we do in the first month.
